At LFTD, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for delivered products.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been dispatched.

Refunds are not applicable for size-related issues, change of mind, or incorrect product selection by the customer.

Size Exchange

We offer size exchange only, subject to stock availability.

A standard exchange fee of ₹200 applies to every size exchange request. This fee covers:

Reverse pickup charges.

Reshipping charges for the replacement product.

The exchange process will begin only after the original product is successfully picked up and received by us.

The exchanged product will be dispatched after successful quality verification of the returned item.

Eligibility for Exchange

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
